In the Do It Yourself program you will be doing the Detox protocol I do with my patients.
It is based on a basic detox diet for a month. In the 2nd or 3rd week, you will follow supplementation for 10 days and you will be taking basic and regular doses of supplements.
I recommend doing this detox when you feel you could focus your dietary habits. Your social life will not change but you will have to behave at least 10 days during the supplement protocol.
After you finish the detox program, you could feel more energetic and may keep some healthy dietary habits. It will be up to you but it is worth doing a detox once a year at least.
