In this 30-minute virtual consultation, Cecilia assesses your health history, lifestyle, and dietary goals — then maps out a plan tailored specifically to you. This session is the gateway to all of Cecilia's programmes, including: • Bundle programmes: Start Here!, STEP ONE, Conquer!, Healthier Lifestyle, Heal Fully • Specialist testing: food intolerance, genetic/DNA profiling, hormonal and Vitamin D tests • Detox programmes: 5-day, 7-day, and 10-day guided detoxes • Memberships: Silver, Gold, Diamond, Diamond+, and Online Plan Available in English and Spanish.
