Reading Ingredient Lists


​A good food has a simple to read ingredient list. The simpler the list, the healthier the food.

If you read too many words you do not understand do not buy it or eat it!

Additives and preservatives produce inflammation in the gut lining. A heavier coat of mucus is formed and the ability to absorb nutrients is hindered. Stick to fresh food for snacking. Try low salt and hit in fibre, such as carrot sticks or cucumbers with hummus. Drink fresh water or water infused products. Fresh is always best!
