Try low salt and hit in fibre, such as carrot sticks or cucumbers with hummus. Drink fresh water or water infused products.

Eating too much fruit without protein is not healthy. Fruit has fructose and that is a sugar. Every time to you eat sugar without a protein you stress your body. Eat fruit with yogurt, low fat cheese, nuts or quinoa pop! Limit your fruit intake to 3 portions a day. !/2 cup of juice counts as a portion. Eat more vegetables and heathy fats such as nuts, chia, sesame and other seeds to improve your energy and lose weight. #HealthyLiving #weightgain #fruit #loseweight #quinoa #se
