Eating too much fruit may contribute to your weight gain

Eating too much fruit without protein is not healthy. Fruit has fructose and that is a sugar. Every time to you eat sugar without a protein you stress your body. Eat fruit with yogurt, low fat cheese, nuts or quinoa pop!

Limit your fruit intake to 3 portions a day. !/2 cup of juice counts as a portion. Eat more vegetables and heathy fats such as nuts, chia, sesame and other seeds to improve your energy and lose weight.
